Mr BDR 750m Open Water swim (my first open water swim!) and T1 - 19:19 (my time for swim: 17:43), went much better than expected! 20Km Cycle and T2 - 37:43 (my time for bike: 36:55 and my bike computer made it 12.48) 5Km Run - paid the price for my quick cycle and struggled round in 24:07 (although the course is apparently long, at around 5.3K).
