Kieren New PB ! Lot's of club runners at this one which was a bit intimidating at the start. I held my own though & paced off a guy about 50m infront of me. It was a good race & nice & cosy post race in clubhouse / bar - I wish more runs would lay something on afterwards. Thanks to the marshalls for braving the rain. I was a bit pissed off with myself for drinking so heavily the night before - dealing with the aftermath now - have to get this self-disciplin thing in check. Running over the grass was hard for me & it seemed to suck the energy out from my legs. I finished quite strong so maybe I could have pushed harder in the last 3k Serpentine RC, Ealing Eagles Running Club 39:52 41:11 45:00 41:11 64.10
