Matt the Brum 2nd/493 in 35:30 Legs felt a bit tired from yesterday so went off steadily. Leader broke from pack about 2km and I stayed in a chasing group of about 4 runners. Just found a rythmn and stuck to it. Dropped my group about 6km and carried on fairly comfortably to the finish. Prizes were great, won a goody bag, trophy and £70 voucher.
