SPKoF Ow, Ow, Ouch.

Slight descent for 0.5 mile then 1.5 mile up hill that was amzingingly steep. Hit the top then straight back down for 1.5 miles.

Gentle incline back to the start just when your quads are ready to explode.

I had a bad one. The first hill was like running up stairs for a 17 minutes. More hill work needed. Long Eaton Running Club 24:46 26:49 30:22 55.32
Vickyy 4 mile hill race - really nervous beforehand - this was the last race in the series and I wasn't feeling 100% (cold coming on).
The weather was kind though.  0.5 mile flat start, then 1.5 mile climb up the hills - unbelievable so steep I had to walk twice for a few steps then run again..then 1.5 miles down hill- part of the decent was so steep it was hard to keep control, then half a mile to the finish - slight incline.  I felt amazing when I'd crossed the line - 4 races in 4 days and 6th woman overall in the series (19 women took part). Not sure if I will do it again though - I have worked really hard!
