Lisrun Cloudy and not too warm. Multi terrain race which was a mixture of road, path, farm track and field in the Newby Hall estate. Muddy at gates and one or two other places and at a couple of places keeping my feet dry was impossible. Slight climb between 5K and 6K otherwise flat almost all of way round. I think the 6K marker was too late. Lovely countryside and I think I will do this race again. Pleased with my time given the amount of time spent in fields. Energy bar, kit kat, pen and medal to all finishers. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 45:35 47:48 64.33
