Boingy Really enjoyed the run today, and beat my pb by 13mins, so I'm well chuffed ! The course wasn't as demanding as I had feared (although the hill at 12 miles was a little soul destroying). Felt comfortable keeping to my target pace, so upped it a bit for the second half, so my time was much better than I ever thought I could do. Boycie Good run for the final run before Leicester - went round with Jane from the running club and felt v. comfortable all the way round. Greenman I was slightly late leaving the leisure centre but still managed to work my close to the front at the start. Clocked 6:00 for the first mile and felt strong most of the way round. krusty Good undulating course, tough hill at about 10 miles but very enjoyable race, was good to have a chat with Greenman, didn't see him in the race, much too fast for me. phal wooo! really enjoyed that run, and a new PB to boot, by a few minutes as well! course was good, not too challenging, and a good friendly bunch of runners.
