multiterrainer A cracking first running of the 'new' Post Hill challenge - actually 3 miles as opposed to 5k. All in woodland and including 2 x the 'hands on knees' Post Hill climb - totalling 300ft of climb in just 0.3 of a mile + fast descents though having to stay wary of rocks/tree roots etc. Edit: Just seen results - 23rd/45 but well behind first v50s - 3 in first 7 finishers!
