ok run
brotherjohn
No where near last year's time, 20 seconds a mile slower! Nearly dropped out on the first hill, felt awful, but it was OK after that, felt easy up the last hill. I am sure a much harder warm up would pay off, especially for 5k's.
Cats Whiskers
Done as steady run rather than race but still frustrating as trapped behind other runners for over half the race.
JuliaD
Hilly, narrow path, slow start and few passing places. Very pretty though and a greatly appreciated feast at the end!
Potamus
Very little overtaking opportunity -start further forward next time
Flat Out Fi
Kevin Henry 5k race - the last one of the series on our home territory!

Never my fave race this one as its not easy to overtake due to having to run nearly all the race on narrow pavements!

Lots of my rivals werent there tonight so think I finished higher up than normal!

Time was my Garmin time.

Was really pleased to win the "Best Lady Strider" prize for the series!! :o))
