Fat Boy Good way to spend a Wednesday evening at the opening event in the Fife AC midweek summer series. Pleased with run which was a hard workout covering just over three laps of St Andrews University Playing Fields. Those wearing Garmins all had the distance at 3.3 miles which sounds about right given the times. Finished 25th from 186 finishers. Carnegie Harriers 19:21 19:21 19:21 72.80
