Baza Good well organised race, good mix of runners too. Their were 4 of us from my club who travelled through to Balloch, one of which(Jeff) finished 4th in the open race. I ran 20:52 for the 1st 5K and somehow picked it up to run 20:24 for the 2nd 5. Steep hill at 4/5K slowed me down slightly. Overall great day. Carnegie Harriers 36:28 38:52 41:16 63.97

size10 What a hill!!!! Felt this was more cross country that anything else. Again, I've noticed that I tend to get overtaken quite a lot on the downhill sections, and my hr can drop to 135ish Unaffiliated 49:18 49:18 49:18 54.83
