gtwhitton Beveridge Park 5k - the first of the summer 5k series. Having had a little stiffness in my calf for most of the week without it causing me too many problems, it decided to wait until the first corner of my 5k race to blow up!! However, although it was sore I don't think that it slowed me down too much. First full lap 8m26s, to finish line 11m12s. Final full lap 8m21s. Happy with effort and result, but not so happy at the pain in my calf now!! 13th out of 34. Fife AC 19:11 19:33 19:59 19:33 67.23
