Runnerduck was advertised as 5mile but was 4.8mile. VERY Hilly..... 1m - 8:16min/m 178cal 167bpm 2m - 7:42min/m 181cal 165bpm 3m - 8:32min/m 178cal 167bpm 4m - 7:49min/m 181cal 164bpm 0.8m -(8:12min) 144cal 167bpm VERY Hilly XC. (everyone said they found this hard XC) Maria Greaves from our NNBR club was first women to cross line - came in at 38:40 (just ahead of me!) I came in just before the second placed Lady - Louse Evans (AKA Wiener Dog) 39:03 The course had a very tight start and several people fell over each other. 120 runners. I was placed 25th overall.
