Well that could have gone better.. died on the last hill, but due to recent illness etc stopping my from training, i was never in it from the start!
No Garmin, no watch, just ran for the running, which was good. Hilly old race, so happy with 38 minutes, 13th place and a surprise 3rd MV40 to boot.
No km markers to pace myself and it was a bit off putting not knowing how far there was still to go:-0
Really good run considering how tired legs were after Helvellyn on Monday. Start felt like end of hard race so it was really good just to keep plodding on. Some strength in legs as uphills didn't seem that bad.
Good race tonight and 1st prize for F50 :-)
