steeplechaser Training tempo rather than race pace due to recent hamstring problems resulting in lack of training. Delighted to get round without aggravating injury. Need to work on building up mileage, now, in order to be able to hold pace. Finished 97th overall, not sure about V50 place but maybe 11th!!!
