DickyDare Arrived well late and was first man out, no warm up just a 2 min jog to the bushes for a piss and then i was on the start line without my watch! Slightly disappointed as thought 29.30 should have been on the cards but a pretty hard week of training and no taper, started quickly and felt pretty strong over last couple of miles. Nice little course but def more hills than expected. CLC Striders RC 29:03 30:01 75.75
