jolguk My 5ks have been going well recently, so with good weather I could get a PB. Could be optimistic, though, as I know it's not a flat course. Race report: Cold for June, and windy, and being Dunham Massey, not flat , but PB by 19 seconds! Very, very pleased. Dragons RC 20:19 20:33 20:50 20:33 71.77
Karate Chop Really fast start, which I was slightly blown away by. I used a few of the fellow runners as pacers and was determined to keep up with them. Smashed past them with my sprint finish!!! Chorlton Runners 25:55 30:35 30:35 48.17
