iceblue Poor running conditions along Westport Beach and back over soft and often stone covered sand at high tide. Into a headwind for the first 5km. Disappointed with time, slowest 10k for some years. Ended up 4th female out of 56 runners. Cambuslang Harriers, Campbeltown Running Club 40:42 46:01 50:22 60.96
