Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

(same as Tree Tops 5 - but the pub has been pulled down! so now called Cubert 5 - name of the village) 7:30pm evg Cornish GP race No.5 - Three days after the Dartmoor Discovery 32M and I hadn't been able to move for 2 days - so I walked to town, then yomped out to local superstore & carried 3 stone of shopping home, so nicely warmed up .... haha!

Set off with a group of women in the club, aching & still stiff, but about mile 3 I didn't feel too bad, so cranked it up a bit, then promptly seized up again at the finish! comparing like with like I was 2 mins faster than last year - same scenario - 3 days after the Ultra.

OVER 400 FINISHERS - well done organisers - it's only a small village and they use the local primary school AND there's a fun evg going on for children inc a Fun Run, we had a record number (67) from our club with lots of new runners doing their first race - it was bad luck Newquay chose this year to give a box of energy bars etc as a "memento" cos some wanted a medal! (had some really good mementoes before)
