automatic shoes 1st race for months (apart from parkruns), so fairly pleased to get round at about 9 min/mile pace. Was struggling at about 1/2 way, but revived after 7k. Even came up the final hill quite well. Race v. well organised as always. Ware Joggers 52:03 56:16 56:36 55.29
