A.T. Perfect weather-wise, cold but dry and not much wind.started from Dol Badarn, as soon as I started going up towards Pen Y Pass I realised that Liverpool Marathon and blood donation Wednesday had taken more out of my legs than I'd originally thought. Kept plodding on and was quite happy with pace even though long gradual climb from Beddgelert was quite tough. Got to Waunfawr at a reasonable time and ran/walked with Sue, met Michaela, Channelle and Cora. Continued with Sue for another mile or so and then she left me.Carried on walk/running to the top of Bwlch Y Groes and then ran down into LLanberis. Crowds were great along whole route and I'm very happy with final time even tho' I was last Cybi in- roll on next year Cybi Striders 4:04:50 4:04:50 4:45:00 4:39:24 51.45
