Boingy Tough but enjoyable course with a particularly sinister hill about half a mile into each lap. Not sure of finish position (too knackered at the end to look at my token!), but 2nd for Northbrook so happy enough. Leamington C & AC 37:01 37:01 42:13 64.90

DickyDare bloody hilly, wearing racing flats probably not the best idea and not a course that suited me, no sprint finish left and a bit disappointed to finish 4th again. still it was a reasonable run and felt quite strong. CLC Striders RC 33:29 33:29 38:06 69.29
