dai m ran 13s a mile faster than 1st meeting but only improved 2 places. faster course with no water jumps and maybe more people. Felt better than first one and recovering quicker. Racing myself fit which isnt ideal but the only chance I get to run fast hey ho. Dunstable RRC 31:11 31:11 33:02 69.15
