Flat Out Fi Striders xc race at Harlow. Conditions were a bit hairy underfoot today as it was either frozen solid or really muddy! New course today - had 4 ditches to cross and the steep mound to run over twice! Really like the new course though and felt strong today. V happy to come 1st lady overall and our ladies team were also 1st today as we got 4th and 8th position as well. One more race to go at Bishops Stortford!! My Garmin made the distance 5.09 miles! Unaffiliated 35:14 67.73

Vicksta 12 Lady again, but 4th for club so didn't score this time. Had a good run, thought the new course worked out fine and wasn't too muddy! Harlow RC 39:52 59.59
Mud Rocs New course is an improvement on the last one - conditions very firm this year in all the xc races - enjoyed tracking Andy round and a better race than last week Holcombe Harriers 36:08 62.33
