May planned this as a controlled paced training run so plan was to hold 8 min miles target 40 mins @5miles 1hr 20 @10miles 2hrs @15 miles 2hrs 40 at finish actual38.26/1hr 18.20/1hr 59.03/2.38.26 pit stop at around 10 miles felt good comfortable big fek off hill at golf course!!!! 2 gels and viper did feel bit hungry throughout the run..body wanted to hold about7.20-7.30 pace but pulled it back to 8 mins as that was plan so happy bunny: )did I see boab on the course pushing pram???? RichyC Love this run. Warm at times and the lumps in the 2nd half sap the legs a bit but ran well and enjoyed it. Hard to beat finishing in the picturesque north berwick in glorious sunshine. Unaffiliated 2:09:12 2:09:12 2:09:12 70.57
