smash Did this a bit faster than I'd thought I would, considering the numbers there. And I stopped for a pee on the way round (in the portaloos, not the river!). Not a bad run, seeing as I did 6 miles after work. Legs a bit sore afterwards. The race itself was busy, but once you got into the runners it wasn't too crowded, apart from one stretch where the path narrowed. Lovely salmon in the Mochyn Ddu afterwards!
