Velociraptor Doing this with my son. It'll be his first half-marathon and he's more a walker than a runner. If he runs away and leaves me (and he might - he's a skinny teenage boy, after all), I'll settle for 2:15-ish, because I'm not as well-trained as when I ran 2:04 but I'm fitter than when I ran 2:25.
