Ally2 comes after 3k in schedule.. get under 2:10 hopefully. pb 2yrs ago after a 3k is 2:13.5. After 3k and less than 1hr rest bloody won race 8 of 9 in 2:04.64 with back to back 62 laps. felt really good at 600m so moved from 4th to take lead and held on. Strength is obviously there and sub 4:30 mile next week is on. Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 2:04 2:04 2:09 2:04 81.54
