Flat Out Fi 1st lady today! V happy with that! A great course and v well organised! Would defo do this one again. The route goes along the Flitch Way, into Hatfield Forest and back. Unaffiliated 39:54 39:54 41:28 73.30
Vindicator A good well organised local event. A very scenic run that was tougher than I expected. Lacked endurance at that speed and was found wanting from 7K. Harlow RC 40:21 47:43 44:00 47:43 56.33
