miff Boiling hot and out of shape! Suffered from lack of long runs recently. Legs like jelly after 7 miles. Thought I was going to do a 2hr plus but managed to halt the decline and hold on for a 1:57. Still 25 minutes slower than PB so a pretty poor performance. Unaffiliated 1:33:16 1:56:37 1:57:14 51.39
