disorganized problems w R ankle/foot (Long Buckby rabbit hole twist from June returned 10M into JWU) and still slightly swolenb4 massage, Tues, so decided to run Hanney at easy pace, maybe 8:18, similar to Witney & Woodstock, not the race speed 7:24 planned earlier.
