Alex Patton 122/192. Ouch. I knew this wasn't going to be brilliant after 2 weeks with minimal running, but I wasn't expecting the stich-filled world of pain that it turned out to be! Alun 1st crack at the Kent League since October 2008, looks like a nice tough course with lots of hills Blimey that was tough, 1st steep hill after about 300 metres and they just kept on coming - 4 short, steep hills and 3 long hills - absolutely shattered.... Race Jase Awesome fun! came 12th and managed to get away Mark Wilkins in the last 300 metres after he had been catching me quite quickly. Leeds City AC, Orpington Road Runners 32:05 33:48 35:52 73.64
