Cats Whiskers Loved this, despite having done a tough 2k walk immediately beforehand. Started strongly and think I kept a pretty even pace through the first 300m, then picked it up to the finish (into a headwind). First place got away in the early stages when I was still deciding whether to go for it or not but no one else got past me. :-) Now just need to push a bit harder to get that lovely lactic burn... Cambridge & Coleridge AC 1:03 1:15 1:18 67.32
