Cats Whiskers Really wasn't up for this, as was trying to compete in the shot putt whilst warming up. Not a great combination! Felt sluggish and heavy-legged initially and let leading group get away. Then decided to push on and started picking people off but had left myself too much to do. Splits were pretty even and for once I didn't lose the will to live in the third lap. Picked it up well in the final lap and finished strongly, closing down the person ahead. Cambridge & Coleridge AC 5:44 6:18 6:18 63.64
