Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My first official 5 mile race - averaged 7min 9sec mile splits, which I'm pleased with.

All I knew was I wanted to run this in at least 45mins and I well and truely did.Far more hills in this than I was led to belive but who cares!!!VERY VERY HAPPY
Runningmat
Decent run. Came 5th. Mile splits: 6.02, 5.54, 5.30, 5.16, 5.35
Gobi
I should be able to run a PB here with 200 miles in my legs. Thats how poor my 5mile PB is relative to many of my other times. The fact that I ran much faster during the second half of GSR2005 is also a clue.

COME ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 15th Overall

amazing how you forget things in a year, first mile has a nasty climb but so did the second. Two strong miles 3 and 4 and then just gutted the pig to the finish which included another sharp climb I had forgotten about.

Give me a flat course and I will go faster.
Running Fish
good atmosphere as part of village fete. interesting course, rarely flat. nice friendly race, well attended, and benefiting from sunny weather.
