Gobi I should be able to run a PB here with 200 miles in my legs. Thats how poor my 5mile PB is relative to many of my other times. The fact that I ran much faster during the second half of GSR2005 is also a clue.

amazing how you forget things in a year, first mile has a nasty climb but so did the second. Two strong miles 3 and 4 and then just gutted the pig to the finish which included another sharp climb I had forgotten about.
