Girlie Running this with LMG at her pace:-) ***UPDATE*** A warm day. Enjoyed the run with LMG, esp the bit round the lake and nature reserve. Didn't enjoy the footbridge though. LMG did very well, we would have been quicker but stopped to help a couple of girls who had fallen over and got hurt until the marshall came along. Lonely Goat RC 21:51 24:49 24:49 36.00
