As usual, a well organised race from the Forfar crowd - & a nice technical t-shirt in the goodie bag was an unexpected bonus! The result was pretty much what I expected but I did work hard for it.
Good to meet a few new fetchies, though.
Dreadful. No pace in the legs, felt sluggish and tired the whole way around. Gave up after 7k.
My first time at Forfar. Very well organised. Nice course (bit warm... phew !) and good atmosphere. Happy with the time given coming off a cold. Good pace till the last kilometer. Will come back again.
First 5k was on for 45 mins, legs went like lead after that and slowed right down, HR average 165 , Max 170
