Princess Purple Bubbles OK 60mins is no-where near a PB but the goal is to beat last years time of 1:06:43 when I walked the course. To reach the finish line and smile will be great :o) Well under the predicted time of an hour and definately well clear of the time from last year. The last 1km *hurt* and I mean *hurt*. Not CV wise but bits were sore. Very good time considering the head winds on the uphills and in exposed areas. Maybe thre 10k next time.....just maybe! Met Durham Dwardler, saw Northern Snail and Baz! Along with a few others spotted whilst on the course. Baz nearly missed me and did miss the photo chance and didnt think it would be me coming in as quickly!!! Unaffiliated 29:58 37:20 53:07 27.74
