gtwhitton Never done a 1 mile race before, so it'll be interesting to see how I get on with this one. Hoping to break 6 minutes, but I'll just have to wait and see if I can actually go that fast. I'll maybe see if I can persuade Dean to do it too. Ravenscraig Park 1 mile race. First time doing this race. Got caught behind a few runners at the start so could possibly have done this a few seconds faster, but I don't really care. I've never run a mile as fast as this before - well chuffed!! Dean didn't do it as he was tired from playing tennis all day for the last two days. Fife AC 5:36 5:37 6:00 5:37 68.51
