Rigel Wet start but once it stopped, it got warm and humid. Rach went off very fast with Ian and Paul. Legs felt heavy but looking at Garmin, they were doing 7 m/m so I just settled for running at my own pace. Caught up with Rachel about a mile from the end and she had obviously burnt herself out with the early pace. Hard on the legs but managed to get under the hour :-) Redcar RC 59:14 59:14 59:14 57.31
