Sig007 Did this last year and it was a really fun race - no chance of a PB as it is sooo hilly and water crossing etc but the obstacles are fun and British Military Fitness are on hand to do the warm up too :-/ Its a double or quit race so you can do 5 miles or 10, I did the 10 last year and my mate did the 5 - there is nothing wrong with just completing the one lap as it is BLOODY cold !!! Only managed th 5 mile dues to cramp in the cold weather - ya boooooo x x x Unaffiliated 1:50:00 49:00 90.62
