Em Would like to get under this time but never seem to have good run here, nice day out though. What is it with this course that I just cant get under 24 minutes, didnt run as well as I would have liked, had a good start, seemed a little windy in places that wasnt ever behind you, my Dad saw me on tv, was right behind Jo Pavey on the start line, crikey thoses girls are tiny but muscley. oprah Well, not a personal best, but then it wasn't my very first race so I wasn't quite as excited. More importantly, I was very consistent apart from kilometer 4 when I felt a little winded.
