arbster Not the official time yet, but it's the gun time that was on the clock when I passed it (and 4 seconds slower than my Garmin time). Good race - lovely weather. Sub-70 next time... Unaffiliated 1:07:44 1:10:17 1:10:17 63.51

Hills of Death (HOD) Nice run at Mara Pace at what will hopefully be my local race if I could ever sell my place. Starting in Sandy up to Everton, Garminlgay back round and down. Warm undulating and pleasant first 5m in 41m and then second in 39m. Thank you Biggleswade AC see you in the future Barnet & District AC, Riverside Runners 1:12:57 1:19:19 1:20:41 56.05
Smile2 I think this is the perfect 10 mile race although a bit slower than my pb, loved the challenge of the hill at the start, scenary was great - I was heating up like my old car at about mile 3... so around the middle slowed it down a bit, I had to really focus and I could not talk as a result but got round steady..... loved that downhill at the end. Why on earth had I not done this race before - really brilliant and easy to get to tooo :) Bedford Harriers AC, Milton Keynes AC 1:21:36 1:22:44 1:24:00 1:22:44 63.11

brotherjohn First time at Sandy 10 for me, quite a nice course, just mile 2 on the way out a bit testing. A bit breezy today and also came up a bit long on the Garmin (10.07), so not too disappointed with the time, though wondering how I did 57:33 a couple of months ago! 11th place and 1st M50, but took the better best age graded performance prize.(Not sure how they work it out, because I make it 86.86%, not 85.27%) Dorset Doddlers 57:32 57:33 59:59 59:31 84.71

brooksy felt good before startes well, for some unknown reason lost rhythm half way round and put a couple of slower miles in losing alot of time. picked it up in last 2 miles for pb but could have been better Huntingdonshire AC 58:47 1:01:10 1:01:10 71.53
Girlie Hoping to run this with Susie Q as she had a spare number.
A tiny PB would be rather nice- otherwise aiming to hold sub 9:20 pace for as long as possible
***UPDATE*** the hill at mile 2 was my nemesis, took my energy, but a lovely run in the countryside with my friend. Enjoyed it very much and will be back to do better Lonely Goat RC 1:34:21 1:38:45 1:32:59 1:38:45 52.45
