Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

49:49 Gun time. So darn hot. Feet felt OK, some pain at finish but nothing while running - yippee
lildude (nee BFC)
Felt good for this race, but boy was it hot and incredibly humid. I took things easy at the start with the intention of running a negative split. In the end I ended up running a pretty consistent race with a slight positive split of 19:57 and 20:36.

Taking the first half a lot slower than last time certainly allowed me to keep up a more consistent pace towards the end of the race, but I think the humidity may have taken its toll more than I expected and I think I probably should have taken the first half a little quicker. I forgot there is a sneaky hill at the end of this race.

Overall a good race once again.

Hot - 28C at start. Not expecting much. Went out to enjoy and treated as a sunday run. Didn't expect a good time - best of the series!

That was hot...still about 25 degrees when I parked the car. Great race organisation; started on time and a PB by over a minute.
Zehnderboy
Warm race, still not 100% - Race well organised and marshalled but the start and finish funnells are very tight - get into the starting pens early would be my advice.
Sid
took it easy - no real issues - right hip sore afterwards.
