Enaoslm Knew i could beat my pb of 41:30 from last year but hoped to get under 40 mins and did. Started really well and clocked 2 very fast miles, then I got stomach pains around my rib cage and had to walk for a minute before easing my way back into full race speed. Lost some time but still finished with a great time overall. Could I have run faster without the break though, we'll see next month!

lildude I was feeling quite good tonight and whilst the Yateley 10k is a bit of a tough one, I thought I could sneak in under 40 mins. Well things started well and I managed a great pace but completely forgot about how deceptive the last 3km are. Pace dropped a bit in the last 3 km but I dug in deep and really pushed at the end to get in under 40mins. Sprinted past 5 guys on the finishing straight

Very chuffed with myself. Think next time I'll try take it easier at the beginning and push at the end.
