Mindspace A lovely fresh, still, blue sky sunny start at Boscombe Pier with my good friend Paul, flat along the promenade east and then up the hill to the cliff top after 4km, back west to the AECC college over some steady rises to a flat finish (cheered on by Mr and Mrs C). Did a 4km PB of 18:07 over the first four and then passed plenty of runners from that point onwards, thanks to some strong uphill running.Only one person passed me from then on to the finish. Felt good and strong all the way. Paul was waiting for me at the end, five minutes ahead. Great event, well-organised, great conditions.47:08 another PB (still awaiting official time)!
