Ally2 road pb of 32:37 - hope to beat it. new pb and came 2 nd. led until 8k with lee tucked behind into some breezy conditions. Lee went at 8 and although I reeled him in a bit in the last 500m it was too much. nearest I have been to a guy who is sub 31 on a flat course. Broccers Legs still not recovered from Charnwood Hills last weekend and cycled to markfield today so as a result had v v heavy legs. But no niggles like I had mid week which was pleasing. I must admit I find this race pretty dull though Barrow Runners 51:07 53:29 59:44 49.75

Hicky A good testing course. I thought the last mile was tough, especially with very heavy post Charnwood Hills legs and three club mates just in front and out of reach!!
