NordRunner The gun time was 3:53:07. It was 1 to 3 ºC with some remains of a very light snowfall and some ICE. The circuit is three times round, each of which is half asphalt, half easy trail. It's like an easy version of Nordmarka! I wore 1140s and got a hot spotify on the outside edge of the left foot. Wore Athletic longs, windfront pants, long sleeve base, Normarka t-shirt, bluetooth gilet ans asics gloves, headband. This was perhaps one layer too much but it was ok. Used two gel bags and ran 6 mins outside pr. This felt ok until very late on, maybe 36 or 38 km so the speed, gels and fitness have pushed out the wall so it almost wasn't there. Happy with the result. It hasn't take so much out of me that I can't think of Jessheim in 4 weeks! LDWA 3:20:54 3:46:16 3:52:00 3:52:59 60.05
