Dan1006 A pretty bad day at the office. Recovering from a cold and a chesty cough. Didn't prepare properly in the week leading up to this event. On the day I didn't have the confidence to overtake or have the fight in me to resist being overtaken. Very rough conditions but the same for everyone else. In short. Plenty of scope for improvement at Aberdeen in two weeks. PS a new PB by over four minutes on this distance. Fife AC 35:44 41:07 41:07 61.31

Lexo PB on course by a few minutes helped somewhat by reasonable running conditions and a path appearing in the middle of the field that wasnt there last year!! ....very steady run at 12 mins per lap , had a good second lap and caught quite a few people. Not the prettiest course in the world but nice to run...good results for RichyC and Scottie who both looked very strong Musselburgh & District Athletic Club 36:09 36:09 36:09 68.65
