Lapsed Athlete Getting around in one piece wasn't an option as a fall at three miles left me running the last six with at least two fractured ribs. Rigel Lots of mud, loose rock, mud, steep descents and mud so pace not great but very enjoyable. Scenery was beautiful but paths too treacherous underfoot to allow you to appreciate the view. Started slowly as my legs felt pretty leaden and lifeless but after 3 miles I felt lots better and picked up the pace. Redcar RC 1:37:00 1:34:00 48.91
