disorganized Way-marking and marshaling excellent: so no wrong turns. Enough drink/eat but so hot (mostly still air and not much shade) that elevated cbt -> nausea and light-headedness from time to time. Ran at steady pace, walking to try to avoid overheating. Last 3M with Anna who had done Bletchley previous day. Very pleased to be 24mins faster than last Sunday despite more hills, hotter weather, & a lot of walking yesterday with clobber.
